From February 9 to 12, 2026, Africa Mining Indaba, the world’s top mining event, was grandly held in Cape Town, South Africa. Beijing Soly Technology Co., Ltd. made its debut at this exhibition and joined hands with GALISON, an important local partner in South Africa, for a joint participation, demonstrating the strength of China’s mining intelligent technology together.
During the exhibition, Soly Technology not only highlighted its core automation products including the open-pit mine truck intelligent dispatching system, underground mine LHD unmanned driving system and electric locomotive unmanned driving system. Through physical models and interactive experiences, it intuitively presented the advantages of efficient operation and safety guarantee in mining. The company also hosted a fireside chat themed “partnering with China to accelerate mining tech in Africa”, conducting an in-depth discussion on the opportunities and pathways for China-Africa mining technology cooperation.
This joint exhibition and themed sharing with GALISON is a key initiative for Soly Technology to further develop its business in the African mining market. With technological cooperation at the core, the two parties will promote the localization of China’s advanced mining intelligent technologies in Africa, empower the African mining industry to achieve a safe and efficient transformation and upgrading, and realize a win-win situation for China-Africa mining cooperation.
